非遗培训师:文化中国的重要角色(English version at the bottom)
什么是非物质文化遗产(非遗)?
文化遗产并不仅限于古迹遗址和相关物品的收藏,它也包括由我们的祖先传承给我们子孙的传统风俗或活态的表达形式,如口头传统,表演艺术,社会实践、仪式、节庆活动,有关自然界和宇宙的知识和实践,还有用于制造传统工艺品的知识和手艺。尽管它们可能并非是“物质”的(它们不可被直接触及),却是文化遗产的重要组成部分。
非遗培训师
非遗培训师能够指导大家对非遗进行保护和传承,有些培训师成为了国家层面的顾问,从而可能对国家政策的制定产生影响。但是,目前尚活跃的经联合国教科文组织认证的非遗培训师,在中国只有一名。对于拥有丰富的非物质文化遗产的中国来说,还需要很多的非遗培训师。那么,什么人有资格成为非遗培训师呢?

针对非遗培训师的培训
从7月2日至7月6日,来自全球20多个国家的30多名非遗培训师齐聚杭州,参加了由联合国教科文组织、联合国教科文组织亚太地区非物质文化遗产国际培训中心主办的亚太地区非物质文化遗产师资培训班,培训班就联合国教科文组织能力建设、国家层面的非遗政策支持、非遗国际援助、非遗纳入发展政策和方案、非遗纳入教育等课题进行了系统性培训。

What is Intangible Cultural Heritage(ICH)?
Cultural heritage does not end at monuments and collections of objects.It also includes traditions or living expressions inherited from our ancestors and passed on to our descendants,such as oral traditions,performing arts,social practices,rituals,festive events,knowledge and practices concerning nature and the universe or the knowledge and skills to produce traditional crafts.While these may not be tangible–they cannot be touched–they are a very important part of our cultural heritage.
ICH facilitators
ICH facilitators can provide guidance on the safeguarding of ICH.Some of them become national-level consultants who would affect the national policy making.In China,however,there is only one active UNESCO-certificated ICH facilitator.Many more are needed to support the rich ICH of China.So,what are the requirements to become an ICH facilitator?
Years of field work experience on ICH protection and safeguarding
Familiar with UNESCO’s Convention for the Safeguarding of the ICH
Rich international working experience
Good command of English
Training for ICH facilitators
From July 2 to 6,30 ICH facilitators from more than 20 countries gathered in Hangzhou to participate in the Training of Trainers Workshop on ICH for Facilitators from the Asia-Pacific Region co-organized by the UNESCO and International Training Centre for the ICH in the Asia-Pacific under the auspices of UNESCO(CRIHAP).The training focuses on several issues including UNESCO's capacity building,national-level policy support,international assistance,building the capacity to integrate intangible cultural heritage in development policies and program,and the inclusion of intangible cultural heritage in education.
